Board Members

	Dave Gauslow District 1 Abercrombie Exchange Phone: 701-553-8874		Dave was appointed to serve on the board in July 2006. He is a farmer that enjoys spending summer leisure time at his lake home on West McDonald. He also is a avid sports fan and enjoys golfing. Dave and his wife Renee have two grown children.
	Wallace Stetz District 2 Barnesville Exchange Phone: 218-493-4387		Wally has served on the board since 1994. He is a retired farmer that enjoys fishing, playing cards and cooking. Wally's wife, Lucy, passed away in 1991 of cancer. They have five sons, twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild.
	David Hendrickson President District 3 Colfax Exchange Phone: 701-372-3675		David has served on the board for 24 years. David graduated from NDSU in 1971 with a BS in electrical engineering. He also graduated from the University of Utah in 1973 with a Master of Engineering Administration. David spent 2 years of active duty in the U.S. Army, and 4 years Army Reserve. David and his wife Marsha have three children. When David is not farming, he enjoys reading and spending time with his family.
	James Schultz District 4 Great Bend Exchange Phone: 701-545-7475		Jim has served on the board since 1988. He is a retired farmer that loves spending time with his grandchildren. Jim enjoys going to car shows and is interested in vintage firearms. He also participates in his church choir and the Alphean Male Chorus. Jim and his wife Connie have four children and five grandchildren.
	Gary Boutiette Sec./Treas. District 5 Kent Exchange Phone: 218-557-8392		Gary was elected to serve on the board in March 2005. He is a service manager for a grocery store. Gary has one daughter. He enjoys spending time at the lakes in the summer.
	Harold Ford Vice President District 6 Mooreton Exchange Phone: 701-274-8877		Harold has served as a director since 1983. He is a retired farmer. Harold has two sons and one daughter.
	William Austin District 7 Rollag Exchange Phone: 218-937-5432		Bill has served as director since 2004. He also served on the board from 1973 to 1979. Bill and his wife Elaine have three children and four grandchildren. Bill quit farming in 1998, and since then he has worked for Agrilliance, delivering farm chemical to dealers. Bill enjoys ice fishing, NDSU football, FM Redhawks baseball and traveling.
