Utility/Construction Worker

Red River Rural Telephone Association, based in Abercrombie, ND has an opening for a full time position as a Utility/Construction worker.

 QUALIFICATIONS

 Applicant should have a background in driving trucks and experience operating utility construction equipment.

 Applicant must possess a CDL license

 Applicant must have a clean driving record

 Applicant must display professional work appearance, positive attitude and work well with the public.

 Applicant must have basic computer skills.

 This position requires a variety of physical activity.

 Applicant must be able to work safely and comply with all safety policies.

 Pre employment screening and background check and periodic drug screens required.

 DUTIES

Duties will include operating and maintaining construction equipment, installing cable, drops, pedestals and equipment for our outside plant facilities, locating of existing facilities prior to beginning construction activity and restoration of disturbed surfaces after placement of facilities. Applicant will be required to perform all other duties as needed and assigned.
