I get the message “cannot find a

                                compatible set of network protocols.”

You’ll need to add the TCP/IP protocol in your network setup.

1. Click on the Start button, then click  Settings and the Control Panel.

2. Double-click on Network. Then click on the Add button.

3. Double-click on Protocol then double-click on Microsoft.

4.  Select TCP/IP and then click on Add. Click OK and your PC will reboot.

5. This should add the missing protocol.
