                                How do I remove the Windows 95/98

                                password prompt at startup?

  1. Launch Find and search for *.pwl
  2. Delete the pwl file
  3. Restart your system
  4. Leave the password text box blank in the "Enter Windows Password" dialog box and then click on OK.
