Q:  Do I need an additional phone line for the Internet?
A:  No. If you plan to use the Internet extensively, you may wish to purchase a second phone line. You cannot make voice calls and use the Internet simultaneously.

Q:  Do I need to be online to use the e-mail?
A:  You do not need to be connected to the Internet to read and write e-mail messages. You only need to be connected when sending and receiving messages.

Q:  How can I get setup help if I need it?
A:  We staff a startup support line at our office in Abercrombie. It is available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday – Friday.

Basic support for dial-up, high speed Internet and e-mail services is free to our current  Internet customers.
You can reach our after-hours helpdesk by calling our office at 701-553-8309 or 1-866-553-8309 and  pressing option 1. You will be automatically transferred to the after-hours service. Helpdesk service will remain the same during our regular business hours.
