You cannot make voice calls and use the Internet simultaneously. Q: Do I need to be online to use the e-mail? A: You do not need to be connected to the Internet to read and write e-mail messages. You only need to be connected when sending and receiving messages. Q: How can I get setup help if I need it? A: We staff a startup support line at our office in Abercrombie. It is available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday – Friday.
